Biography
Dr. Mohammad Abdolhosseinzadeh is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management, Economics, and Progress Engineering at Iran University of Science and Technology. With a Ph.D. in Public Administration focusing on Decision-Making and Public Policy, his research spans public policy design, administrative reforms, digital transformation in governance, and the regulation of emerging technologies. Dr. Abdolhosseinzadeh has authored numerous scholarly articles on public governance, policy analysis, and innovative administrative systems. His work emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches to modern governance challenges, including evidence-based policymaking, citizen participation, and the integration of technology in public sector reforms.
Education
PhD: Ph.D. in Public Administration with a focus on Decision-Making and Public Policy.
M.Sc: Master's in Public Administration and Public Policy.
Research Interests
· Public Policy and Policy Analysis: Theoretical frameworks of policymaking, participatory and open policies, formulation and design of public policies, evidence-based policies, policy analysis tools (such as stakeholder analysis), and policy evaluation and impact assessment.
· Decision-Making and Policy Instruments: Analysis of public policies, quantitative and qualitative decision-making models, data and information in decision-making, regulatory and legal tools, economic and financial instruments, incentive-based and market-based tools, and designing policy instrument packages.
· Administrative Systems and Public Sector Human Resources: Administrative reforms and modernization, digital transformation in the public sector, administrative transformation, performance management, and productivity in the public sector.
· Emerging Technologies in the Public Sector and Policy-Making: Technology and policymaking, digital transformation and innovation in the public sector, innovation management in governmental institutions, regulation of innovation and technology, social innovation, tools for social innovation, and regulation of emerging technologies.
· Public Governance: Concepts and modern approaches to governance, data governance, network governance, citizen participation in governance, and open governance.
